Return & Refund Policy
Return & Exchange Policy:
We offer all our customers an easy return policy. Returns can be initiated in case of wrong or damaged product(s) received. In such cases, you can raise a return request of product(s) within 7 days of receiving the order. We also accept partial returns of the order, wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
In case of a request for replacement, it is subject to the availability of the stock and actual cost of return shipping will be charged for re-shipping of the replaced products. In case the product is not eligible for replacement, your total order amount will be refunded after deducting actual cost of return shipping.
The products must be re-packed in the original packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear and tear.
There should be no damage to the outer carton, and the security seal and tags should be intact.
If the product received has an expiry date of 6 months from date of delivery, it will not be exchanged unless the product received is wrong/damaged/broken.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Damages: If a client receives a damaged product, they must create an unboxing video as evidence and keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim. It is important to note that the customer must raise the complaint within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. Please note that FMCGCart is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. Authenticity: At FMCGCart, we want to guarantee our customers that all of our products are 100% authentic and obtained from authorised vendors. We take every precaution to ensure that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. Furthermore, our products are properly labelled with barcodes, batch numbers, and detailed information. This enables us to trace the source and quality of each product, ensuring that our customers receive only the finest products.
Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you wish to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to us at care@fmcgcart.com or call us at +91-8595561500 (10am-5pm, Mon-Fri). In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request has been processed by us. You can only cancel your order after 3 hours of placing the order. Once the shipment is dispatched from our hub or the tracking number is updated, we cannot cancel the order.
Cancellation post-shipment: Cancellation cannot be done after the shipment is dispatched. As we use third party courier partners, it is not possible for us to cancel any order once it is shipped as the courier partners don’t allow us to cancel an order post shipping.
Cancellation due to returned shipment: In case your shipment is returned to us due to any rejection from the courier or our customer, the cancellation will be done automatically, and the amount will be refunded automatically.
Note: In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to our delivery partner from our end, we cannot guarantee cancellation and they still may attempt delivery. In that case, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
Return or Exchange Process:
Please get in touch with us at care@fmcgcart.com or call us at +91-8595561500 (10am-5pm, Mon-Fri) to raise the return request within 5 days of receiving your order.
You will be requested to provide us with your order ID and email the images and videos of the product(s) with their batch numbers, if you wish to return your product(s).
You will be asked to provide us with the unboxing video of the products received with FMCGCart's Seal/Tape visible in the video in case of Missing/ Tampered/ Leakage.
We will schedule a return pick-up within 3-4 business days. We shall initiate the refund only if the products received by us are in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Please note that the damaged product will be shipped to the vendor for investigation. This is to ensure that we can identify any issues with the product or packaging that may have contributed to the damage.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations. Our goal is to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service, and we will do everything in our power to address any issues that arise.
Additional Information:
- You can expect the receipt of your exchange within 5-7 days.
- Actual cost of return shipping will be charged as shipping and pickup charges in case of an exchange.
- Actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount in case of returns of non-damaged and correct products.
- Lost or damaged returns are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for an exchange.
- All exchanges will be processed only through cash-on-delivery.
