Please note that you will be required to send us an unboxing video of the products with FMCGCart seal/tape visible for initiating the return.

Answer: After receiving the request for return via email or call a pick-up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will arrive at the delivery location to pick up the item within 2-5 business days of receiving your return request. The item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.
