Answer: If the product is eligible for return, you may write to us at care@reatilnet.in or call us on +91-8595561500 within 7 days of delivery to request return and refund. Only products that are unused, undamaged, and unopened with all labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging can be returned. Please note that you will be required to send us an unboxing video of the products with FMCGCart seal/tape visible for initiating the return.

Question: How are returns processed?

Answer: After receiving the request for return via email or call a pick-up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will arrive at the delivery location to pick up the item within 2-5 business days of receiving your return request. The item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.

Question: Can I cancel my order?

Answer: Made an impulse purchase but want to get a video consult first? No worries! As a FMCGCart customer, you can edit or cancel orders within 12 hours of confirmation of your order (excluding Saturday and Sunday) and if your order has not been shipped. You can cancel your order from the order status page (available after checkout and on your e-mail) and a separate order editing page. On both pages, once an order is marked as fulfilled or any fulfilment has been added to the order, you will see a message stating that the order can no longer be edited and cancelled automatically. In such a case, you can initiate a return of the order following delivery, by following the process listed in our refund policy.

Question: How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned product?

Answer: We will refund the amount after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 1-2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
