Alcohol (95% w/v) IP

Alcohol (95% v/v) IP acts as a fast-evaporating solvent and carrier, dissolving actives like minoxidil and helping them penetrate the scalp or skin. It dries quickly for a light, non-greasy feel, cuts greasiness, and provides mild antimicrobial and preservative action.

Arginine
