A widely used organic UVB filter. It absorbs UVB rays to help prevent sunburn and contributes significantly to a sunscreen's SPF. Often combined with UVA filters for broad-spectrum cover.

Ethylhexyl Triazone (Uvinul T 150) is a highly effective UVB filter offering strong protection across 280–320 nm, with peak absorption around 314 nm. It's oil-soluble, photostable, and delivers high SPF efficiency at low concentrations. Water-resistant and non-greasy, it boosts sunscreen performance while improving formulation stability, making it ideal for daily-wear and long-lasting sun protection products.
